"I have taken pictures most of my life, starting with a black and white Brownie camera as a young girl growing up on a ranch near Yosemite. I am continuing my photographic journey from my home in Auburn, California as well as Grass Valley, where I balance my artistic life with my work as a CPA.

Photography is a way of expressing and developing my appreciation for the infinite beauty of our creation, from the humble subject of an abandoned car to the breathtaking imagery of the Sierra Nevada where I choose to make my life home. What I find exciting is the challenge of making everyday images come alive. Just as I find spiritual sustenance in earthly images, I want my pictures to bring the viewer beyond what the eye sees to a place of imagination and memory."
